2008 Membership Fees

Black Oak is a professionally managed swim, tennis and recreation club that offers year-round fun for the entire family.  We offer very reasonable rates for our excellent facility, which includes a large heated pool, modern clubhouse, lighted professional tennis courts, and an entire range of activities for summer and throughout the year.  As a Black Oak member, you are a valued member-owner and considered "part of the family".  Compare to other South Dayton swim clubs - Black Oak offers the most value for your membership investment.  It's a great place to belong!

Family Membership includes all family members living in the same household:

• One-time non-refundable Initiation Fee: $450.00*                     (When paid in full it affords you partnership in this member-owned club).
• Annual Family Membership Dues: $300.00*
• Annual Single Dues (age 13+): $185.00*
• Annual Senior Citizen Dues: $150.00*

* Plus sales tax

All annual memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable.

• NEW 2008 MEMBERSHIP SPECIAL! Receive one FREE Swim or Dive Team fee for one swimmer for the 2007 season, a $40 value! Or, receive one FREE Guest Pass Book with 10 passes for the 2007 season, a $40 value! (Not valid with annual membership options).

Discounts

• "Mature Oaks Discount" - All families that have been members for 15 years and have no children 18 or younger, automatically receive a $50 discount off of their annual dues!
• Refer a friend and receive a guest pass booklet ($40.00 value).
• Active Military Discount

Payment Plans

• 3 Year payment plans and military discounts available for membership fees (not valid on annual membership options).

Other Fees

• $4.00 guest fees ($2.00 after 5pm)
• Baby-sitter pass & guest pass booklets are also available
• Swim Team fees $40.00 per child for all new members and returning members when paid by March 1.  ($45.00 after 3/1)
• Dive team fee $40.00 per child (or $25.00 if they are also on swim team) ($45.00 after 3/1). All fees include $5.00 SSA meet entry fees.
• Tennis Leagues are free to members.$50 Tennis Membership available for non-members to play in our league
• Tennis lessons - as noted on the tennis lessons page
• Swim lessons - as noted on the swimming lessons page

The following late fee policy will be in place and will be strictly enforced. Late fees are for current members only. (No cards will be issued unless late fees are paid!):

After March 1 - $20 late fee
After April 1 - $30 late fee
After May 1 - $40 late fee
After pool opens - $50 late fee
